We live in a customer-centric world in which organizations control just a fraction of the customer journey experience. It can only be managed by digital ecosystems that connect platform organizations. These connections are based on APIs that provide the interface to a value proposition.
Open API is an invitation. It's the customer who decides if they accept and use the APIs. Here, I want to share and discuss what a good invitation looks like and what makes customers accept it. This includes API as a product, API product management, digital platform, API economy, and digital ecosystem.

I conducted research on recommender system and hyper personalization: How to provide better recommendation with less data. To this goal, I created a framework to compute the similarity of machine learning models, which represented indivduals' personal preferences.
